Greet Your Customers with The Aroma of Mulled Apple Cider

Across the country cooler temperatures greet us each morning. Warm up your customers with a delicious cup of Mulled Apple Cider. As they enter your stores the aroma of apples, cinnamon, cloves, and allspice welcomes them inside.

Here’s a easy recipe for Mulled Apple Cider:

In a large crockpot combine:

- Five 3-inch Cinnamon Sticks
- Four Apples-Studded with Cloves
- 6 Whole Allspice
- One Gallon of Apple Cider

Let cider simmer for thirty minutes.

Veterans Day

Today, many Americans are honoring men and women, both living and dead, who served in the United States armed forces. This holiday was originally called Armistice Day. It commemorated the end of World War I on November 11, 1918.

Around the country people are honoring our veterans by:

-Attending national and local ceremonies that honor fallen soldiers

-Holding bake sales to raise money for soldiers and their families

-Volunteering at local blood drives

-Writing letters to friends and families serving abroad

-Visiting cemeteries where loved ones are buried
